Description

Low-Level Guardrail System

Product Overview

The Low-Level Guardrail System (LLGR-250) is engineered to deliver dependable, high performance protection in fast paced warehouse, logistics and manufacturing environments. Designed specifically to safeguard vulnerable low level areas, this robust metal guardrail prevents damage caused by pallet movements, material handling equipment and manual handling activities. Its compact height makes it ideal for locations where floor level impacts are common but space, visibility and operational flow must be maintained.

Constructed from heavy duty mild steel, the system uses two 120 x 80 mm RHS rails stacked to create a strong, rigid barrier that shields equipment lines, racking bases, wall sections and structural assets. Unlike polymer systems, the Low-Level Guardrail is optimised for environments where metal-to-metal resilience is essential, providing a reassuring level of strength in areas exposed to constant movement, tight manoeuvring and repetitive contact.

This is a fully modular system, giving you the flexibility to design protection around the unique requirements of your facility. Straight runs, inner and outer corners, T-junctions and end posts can be combined to create tailored layouts that navigate complex routes, machinery placements and pedestrian interfaces. The standard post centres of 1925 mm support rapid installation and allow new sections to be added or replaced with minimal disruption to operations.

Visibility is central to warehouse safety, which is why the LLGR-250 is finished in a high visibility RAL 1023 yellow powder coat as standard. This bright, durable finish enhances awareness in high traffic areas, ensuring both pedestrians and forklift operators can identify routes and hazards quickly. Other colours are available upon request, allowing seamless integration with existing safety schemes or site branding.

The system provides protection up to 250 mm from floor to rail top, making it suitable for shielding against low level impacts from pallets, pump trucks and small MHE. This is particularly valuable around pedestrian walkways, where the risk of trip hazards increases if goods encroach into crossing points. By introducing a physical and visual boundary, the Low-Level Guardrail helps maintain safe separation between people, goods and equipment.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the 180 x 180 mm base plates, each containing four Ø18 mm fixing holes for secure anchoring using M10 x 105 mm Safety Plus anchors. When correctly installed into a concrete substrate with 95 mm drill depth and 80 mm minimum embedment, the system provides a strong and stable defence in demanding industrial settings.

Whether you are protecting walls, conveyors, pick faces, cold store areas or general warehouse infrastructure, the LLGR-250 delivers long term durability, operational confidence and exceptional value. With its modular design, rugged steel construction and clear visual guidance, it helps businesses reduce avoidable damage, maintain safe traffic flow and comply with internal safety standards.

Built for performance and designed around practical warehouse needs, the Low-Level Guardrail System is an essential addition to any location requiring reliable, low level impact protection that stands up to the demands of modern logistics.

Whether you’re safeguarding warehouse aisles, protecting sensitive equipment, or delineating safe pedestrian zones, the Brandsafe Low-Level Guardrail System delivers dependable impact protection you can trust. Engineered for the toughest industrial environments, this solution ensures safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across your facility.
