Featuring built-in ImpactSAFE shock absorbing buffers as standard, this barrier delivers effective protection without excessive protrusion – making it ideal for areas with limited floor space or clearance.

With an overall depth of just 165mm from the wall face, this system provides essential shielding from collisions involving forklifts, pallet trucks, and trolleys, helping reduce structural damage and mitigate injury risks in tight operational spaces.

Constructed from high-quality mild steel and finished with a hot dip galvanised plate and black rubber buffer, the Wall Mounted Armco Barrier is engineered for durability and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor settings, from busy warehouses to service corridors and perimeter walls.

Installation is simple and efficient. The barrier can be fixed to brick, block, or pre-cast concrete walls using 14mm SDS drill holes to a 100mm depth, with M12 x 160mm coach screws and rawl plugs provided for secure anchoring. For high-risk areas, 1.6m wall fixings are recommended; in lower-risk zones, 3.2m spacing is sufficient for effective protection.
