Key Shipping Deadlines

To guarantee pre-Christmas delivery, please take note of the following final order dates.

EU and Ireland shipping deadline: Monday 15 December
Orders placed on or before this date will be processed for dispatch to EU and Irish destinations before our holiday closure. Any orders placed after the deadline may not arrive until the new year, depending on courier capacity and customs processing times.

UK pallets, parcels and dedicated vehicle deadline: Monday 22 December
This deadline applies to all UK mainland pallet shipments, parcel deliveries and dedicated vehicle bookings. Orders confirmed by this date will be scheduled for dispatch prior to our festive shutdown. With courier networks experiencing significant pressure throughout December, early ordering is strongly recommended.

These dates have been set to give you the best possible chance of receiving your goods before Christmas, especially during this peak period when supply chains across the UK and EU are at full capacity.

Christmas Closure Dates

Our offices and warehouses will close at midday on Christmas Eve, and all operations will resume on Monday 5 January.

From close of business on the 24th, our operations will pause to allow our teams across the Brandsafe network to enjoy a well-deserved break with their families over the festive period.

All operations, including customer support, order processing, manufacturing and dispatch, will resume on Monday 5 January.

Any orders placed after the 24th will be queued for processing when our teams return, and we will work through all enquiries as quickly as possible once operations restart.

Planning Ahead for Smooth Operations

To avoid delays, we kindly encourage all customers to place any urgent or time-sensitive orders well ahead of the cut-off dates. This is especially important for:

• Large pallet shipments
• Time-critical safety upgrades
• Projects beginning in early January
• Customers in remote or extended delivery locations

Placing your order in good time ensures the best chance of receiving products before the holiday break and helps prevent disruption to your projects or operational plans.
